Horizontal Stone Lifting Clamp

Overview

The Aardwolf AHLC-2010-4T is a heavy-duty horizontal stone lifting clamp designed for handling large and heavy stone slabs, precast concrete panels, and slab-format materials in construction and infrastructure applications.

With a 300–2010 mm grip range and a 4000 kg working load limit (WLL), this high-capacity horizontal lifting clamp for concrete slabs is built for applications requiring both wide material handling and increased load capacity.

Compared to the AHLC-2010, this model is specifically engineered for heavier lifting requirements, while maintaining stable and controlled horizontal handling.

How It Works

The clamp is connected to a crane or lifting system via the central lifting eye.

Before lifting, the jaw opening is adjusted to match the material size, and the load must be fully inserted into the clamp jaws. As lifting force is applied, the clamp secures the material through friction between the pads and the surface.

When the load is lowered and fully supported, the latch releases automatically, allowing the clamp to be removed easily.
