How to Order?
- Via Website (preferred way): register on the Aardwolf website at www.aardwolf.com.au. Orders can be placed directly through our online shopping cart.

For each item ordered, please include the product codes (the number is clearly shown in the website and the catalogue against each item). E.g.:

Who Can Order?
- Aardwolf Industries LLC is a manufacturing and wholesale company that sells through distributors worldwide. Distributors stock Aardwolf tools and equipment and sells them to other businesses or directly to consumers. See map showing Aardwolf distributors https://aardwolf.com.au/distributors.
Minimum Order Quantity
- For bona fide distributors, there is no minimum order quantity. .
Production and Shipping Time
- - In general, a production order takes 4 weeks to complete or less (1, 2 or 3 weeks for some products), depending on the types and quantities of products ordered.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery terms are stipulated as follows:
- For a purchase order shipped in a 20' or 40' container, if its value is larger than $50,000, we offer free on board (FOB) delivery terms.
- For a purchase order shipped in a 40' container, if its value is larger than $25,000 we offer FOB delivery terms, plus a handing charge cost of $450.00
- For a purchase order shipped in a 20' container, if its value is larger than $25,000 we offer FOB delivery terms, plus a handing charge cost of $395.00
- For an express purchase order, which is shipped via express company such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc, we add 10% of the order value to the invoice issued, due to value added tax (VAT) being applied. However, the maximum added amount does not exceed $100 regardless if the delivery terms are Ex Factory or door-to-door. distributors https://aardwolf.com.au/distributors.
- For other purchase orders, if their value is less than $25,000, we offer FOB delivery terms, plus the following costs will be included in the invoices issued:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country's government.
- These fees are typically charged by the customs agency at the time of delivery.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures
- We recommend that customers research the import regulations of their country to avoid any unexpected cost
- Please note the costs quoted above are indicative only and depend on market prices at the time. Therefore customers should always check prior to placing an order.
- If the distributor would like Aardwolf Industries LLc to arrange the deliveries in terms of C&F, CIF or DDU, etc, we will quote you the costs upon receiving the requests.
Terms of Sales
- - All prices are in USD.
- - Payment terms are payment in advance for an order value lower than $5,000. The payment terms for an order value over $5,000 are 50% in advance and 50% prior to shipment.
- - The payment amount is net into our account. Thus, in order to cover local bank charges for each order, we add a $35 local bank charge per an invoice issued. However, if a customer includes more than one invoice in a payment then only one bank charge will apply.
Warranty
- - At the time of delivery, it is necessary to check that the Aardwolf product has not been damaged during shipment. Any claims must be presented within 8 days of the date of delivery of the product.
- - We grant you 12 months’ warranty from the day of purchase on the Aardwolf product if the fault lies with faulty material or poor workmanship. Warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the Aardwolf product.
