Beware of the fake “Aardwolf” company

This story may sound unbelievable, but it is true. Nguyen Nhon Hoa, aka Harry Nguyen, director of the companies Abaco Machines USA and Ausavina USA, registered a sham company in California and called it Aardwolf LLC. Then this fool produced a webpage promoting his sham company. For his new webpage, Harry Nguyen pirated images from the long establish, reputable company, Aardwolf Industries LLC. These images were of Aardwolf Industries’ products complete with the copyright protected Aardwolf Industries LLC logo. See images below:

Furthermore, Harry Nguyen put up a big AARDWOLF sign on his warehouse in Los Angles, California. See photograph below:

Now for the pièce de résistance. Harry Nguyen proceeded to sued Aardwolf Industries LLC for trademark infringement.

To his utter surprise Harry Nguyen lost his case against Aardwolf Industries LLC and failed in his attempt to destroy the business of Aardwolf Industries LLC. See judgement below:
