Yes, the Aardwolf clamps are designed to "safely" handle two pieces of granite back to back. The main points to note are:-

1. Loads consisting of more than one piece should only be lifted if they are tightly combined into one unit. I.e. they must be of the same height with no rubbish between the abutting faces.
2. Make sure that slabs are inserted to the full depth into the opening of the clamp. See sketch at back of Operation Manual.
3. Permission to work with the Aardwolf Lifter should only be given to persons who are suitably trained, competent and acquainted with this operating manual and safety regulations.
